Russia-US global cooperation discussed at RSUH: “Russia and the US in world wars: cooperation during global crises”

The topics covered were: cooperation between Russia and the US in 1914-1917

The event took place June 23 organized by RSUH, Stefan Karner Institute (Germany), Institute of World History (Russian Academy of Sciences), Cold War research program, Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies, with the support of the US Embassy and Russian-Austrian Historians’ Committee.

The topics covered were: cooperation between Russia and the US in 1914-1917, the Russian-American opposition to Germany in WWII, Holocaust in Russia in 1941-1945 as seen by Americans, and the role of Austria in Russian-American negotiations.
