The event was organized by the Department of Student Affairs with the support of the Moscow Department of Labor and Social Protection.
The Center's experts presented a new comprehensive program "Career Code" to prepare students for the labor market. The program was open to everyone.
In 2 weeks of intensive seminars, the participants will get help from experts in analyzing the profession they are getting, and receive job hunting recommendations,. The program also includes practical preparation for job interview.
As Ms Alina Kokomina, Manager for Liaising with educational organizations of the Center, said, the project was created taking into account the requirements of the younger generation.
“The program is aimed at students and graduates, because they have a completely different approach to employment. They are not familiar with the labor market and need competent assistance in finding a job,” she said.
All participants of the event passed a test measuring the level of adaptation to the labor market. They were also included in the database of applicants with personal HR specialists assigned to each one.
