On September 5, in the Academic Council Hall, the Intellectual Club of the Institute of Heritage and Contemporary Society of RSUH presented a TV series based on the book “Transformation of Humanism” by the Institute’s Academic Director Valery Fadeev.
The series was created as part of the Institute’s Creative Laboratory. It is planned to be included in the course “Fundamentals of Russian Statehood”, developed by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia in accordance with the instructions of President Putin. The film is intended to answer numerous questions related to the current extensive and deep crisis of the social life of the world.
Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation, Academic Director of the Institute of Heritage and Contemporary Society of the RSUH Valery Fadeev said:
“I am sure that we will have breakthrough results in the humanities only when we once again believe in man, in his creative constructive power, in his virtues, in his striving for truth. All this is called humanism. What the world will be like in the near future, what our country will be like in this world, depends on you and me too. This is what this film is about."
The coordinator of the DNA of Russia project Anastasia Suslova praised the practical value of the films for the teachers of the course "Fundamentals of Russian Statehood":
"The material turned out to be interesting, profound, perceived at different levels by different audiences. All the films have been added to the course as part of its methodology.
