The Marathon has started. It was organized by the Volunteer Medics Organization with the support of the Ministry of Public Health of Russia and Rosmolodezh.
The Marathon will be the longest in the country. It is a comprehensive project for people of all ages who want to make healthy lifestyle their habit.
The participants will go through ten stages comprising
a total of calendar month, during which they will be able to gradually switch to a healthy diet, optimize physical activity, abandon bad habits, balance work and rest, build up stress resistance, learn to take care of other people and protect the environment.
So, for example, at the first stage of «Healthy Nutrition» in February, volunteers will be motivating the Russians to rethink their diet so that eating food brings maximum benefits for the body and mood.
