Dr. Olga Pavlenko, First Vice-Rector (Vice-Rector for Research) Awarded the Medal “Federation Council. 25 Years”

In accordance with the order of Ms. Matvienko, the Chairman of the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Dr. Pavlenko was awarded the Medal “Federation Council. 25 years” for her great contribution to the development of parliamentarism and in connection with the 25th anniversary of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
