On April 15, 2023, the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation approved the new composition of the Public Council under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, which included Dr. Elena Barysheva, Dean of the Faculty of History of RSUH.
The Public Council under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation is a permanent advisory body of public control, designed to ensure that the needs and interests of citizens of the Russian Federation be taken into account, their rights and freedoms protected. In addition, the Council is called upon to exercise public control over the activities of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science.
