On May 19, in room 431 of the main building of the University, an open lecture was delivered by Dr. Igor Kozhokar, Professor of the Department of Theory of Law and Comparative Law.
The lecture was devoted to the most topical aspects of "legal regulation" being the most important theoretical category of legal science and as a phenomenon of modern legal practice.
The presenter, using various examples, demonstrated that the multidimensional phenomenon of modern legal regulation was much wider than its formal legal, mechanistic side, and therefore required clarification not only of its technical and legal features and characteristics, but of all possible types, methods, means and forms of practical implementation.
