The concept of the program is explicitly practice-oriented. The demand for specialists who can use the Russian language competently, work with words, create texts of various genres and various communicative settings, is currently very strong and shows no sign of abating. However, the inconsistencies between the academic philological education and the needs of the market has been a serious social problem since the 1990. This program is an attempt to bridge the gap between traditional philological education and the situation in the current labor market.
